SERVICE	SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Property Rental Management	We will control the end-to-end process for the management of on-line rental portals e.g. Airbnb, Bookings.com, Safarinow, Tripadvisor, Lekkeslaap/Travelground etc. and related tenant services (supplies, cleaning, linen changes etc.) as agreed with the property owner.
Property audit	As a first time customer, we will provide you with a complementary property audit dependent on the required service. Thereafter, regular audits/inventory checks will be conducted based on the service package selected by the customer. The audit consists of a full assessment of the entire property to determine if there are any maintenance issues to be dealt with and to establish a baseline for any future services required.
Welcome & Familiarisation service	Where the property is let to guests, we will provide a welcome, handover and key collection service including familiarisation of property and available amenities.
Cleaning services	Facilitation and Supervision of all interior cleaning of windows, doors, floors, non-fabric exterior surfaces, fridges, freezers, braai’s, linen and soft furnishings.
Home Comforts Set-Up	Opening and airing of the home prior to arrival. Ensure that all required home comforts and utilities are in working order and switched on for arriving guests/home owners and switched off after departure, e.g. Sound System and DSTV, Electricity and Water Geysers, Underfloor heating, Air-Conditioning etc.
Building maintenance & Project Management	We will facilitate and supervise any building renovation or maintenance to your property.
Electrical maintenance	We will facilitate and supervise required electrical maintenance.
Garden maintenance & Irrigation	We will facilitate and supervise general garden services and oversee garden maintenance. Where garden design, irrigation and new/modified landscaping is required, we will apply our personal experience in the core areas. Where we require a specific skill set, we will outsource this to preferred suppliers.
Plumbing maintenance	We will facilitate the appointment and oversee preferred plumbing service providers
Pool service/maintenance	We will maintain your pool to ensure correct chemical levels, effective performance of the pool filter and automatic pool cleaner. Where specialist services are required, we will facilitate and supervise these service providers on your behalf.
Security Checks & Liaison with security company	Whilst the property is unattended, we will provide a point-of-contact service for Security providers to ensure rapid attention to security breaches.
Groceries replenishment	We will remove this task from your own pre-arrival to-do-list so that when you arrive, your selected groceries are stocked and you can enjoy your vacation from the onset.
On-going scheduled property checks	If you are a permanent home owner resident in the area, we will conduct property checks when you are away from your home base. If a holiday home owner, we will conduct property checks prior to your or your guests’ arrival & after departure to ensure that there are no problems on the property that will prevent you or your guests from having a comfortable stay.
