 If you are keen on renting out your property, our service offering can simply be to control the entire end-to-end process for the management of online rental portals e.g. Airbnb, Bookings.com, Safarinow, Tripadvisor, Lekkeslaap/Travelground etc. and related tenant services (supplies, cleaning, linen changes etc.) as agreed with the property owner.

Additional services can be customized to meet the needs of the customer.

Holiday Home Preparation & Management

CabinCare specializes in the management of a wide range of home-related services on behalf of homeowners, be they holiday homes, guest houses or permanent residences. With an extensive background in business management, project organisation and planning and a wide range of home improvement and maintenance projects experience, we are ideally suited to alleviate the pain of having to manage property related projects, particularly if you are not based in the area.

Regular on-going maintenance is often neglected for a variety of reasons and in the case of holiday homes, mainly due to the owners not wanting to use their valuable vacation time on tasks other than relaxation and entertainment.
