Stuart Cohen and Gerhard Stegmann spent decades in the Corporate world during which they travelled the world extensively, experiencing all types and levels of accommodation and related services imaginable. Not only did they develop a solid understanding of what guests really want and appreciate when they are away from their home base, they also gained a crystal clear vision of what these experiences should be like in order to ensure return visits, be they business or vacation related.
Additionally, between them they have managed a number of renovation and building projects, providing “eagle eye” supervision and guidance in everything from the selection of service providers to project managing the process from end to end.
With a deep-seated passion for customer excellence and quality service, they took the decision to leave the Corporate world behind and focus on providing home and accommodation service experiences that are flexible and customised to the needs of homeowners and, where applicable, rental guests.
